By accessing or using the PepTribe website (peptribe.us), purchasing a membership, or participating in the PepTribe community on Circle (community.peptribe.us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this site or its services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and anyone who accesses or uses PepTribe in any capacity.
PepTribe is a research-focused wellness community providing educational content, research discussions, community access, and wellness resources related to peptides, supplements, exercise, nutrition, spirituality, and mental health. PepTribe is operated by Kevin Castello and managed through DesignAdManagement.com.
PepTribe operates its community platform through Circle (circle.so) and processes payments through Stripe. By becoming a member, you also agree to be bound by Circle's and Stripe's respective terms of service and privacy policies.
All content on PepTribe — including articles, videos, community posts, professor content, and any AI-generated responses — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
PepTribe content providers are not licensed medical professionals. PepTribe expressly disclaims all liability for any health decisions made based on content found on this site.
PepTribe offers three membership tiers: Scout, PathFinder, and FireKeeper. Each tier provides access to different levels of community content, research resources, and features as described on the membership page.
All membership payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorize PepTribe to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you selected (monthly, annual, or lifetime). Stripe's privacy policy and terms apply to all payment transactions.
All membership purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@peptribe.us within 7 days of the charge.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Circle account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the paid period.
As a PepTribe member, you agree to engage respectfully and in good faith within the Circle community. The following are prohibited:
PepTribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these standards without refund.
All content on PepTribe — including text, graphics, logos, mascot characters (Lil Pepe, Professor Pep, Professor Pepper), videos, and educational materials — is the property of PepTribe and its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any PepTribe content for commercial purposes without written permission.
The website design and development is the property of DesignAdManagement.com and may not be reproduced or repurposed without express written consent.

PepTribe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
