• Waitlist and contact forms — name, email address, phone number, and other information you choose to provide when submitting forms on our website.
• Communications — emails, text messages, inquiries, or other communications you send to us directly.
• SMS opt-in information — mobile phone number, consent information, and related messaging preferences when you choose to receive SMS communications from PepTribe.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, links clicked, and navigation patterns through Google Analytics.

Important Note About SMS Data

All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be disclosed with any external entities, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services necessary to deliver SMS communications.

Your mobile information will not be disclosed with external entities or partners for any promotional purposes.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our legal rights, safety, property, or the rights and safety of others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your membership, we may retain certain information for up to 3 years for legal, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes. Your text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be disclosed with external entities, except to SMS aggregators and providers when necessary to deliver the messaging service you requested.

Your mobile information will not be disclosed with external entities or partners for promotional purposes.
