2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you create a PepTribe account through Circle
• Payment information — billing name, card details, and billing address when purchasing a membership (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your full card number)
• Community content — posts, comments, questions, and other content you share in the Circle community
• Waitlist/contact forms — name and email when you submit forms on our website
• Communications — emails or messages you send to us directly

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, links clicked, and navigation patterns via Google Analytics
• Device information — browser type, operating system, screen size, and IP address
• Cookies — session cookies and analytics cookies (see Section 7)

• Create and manage your PepTribe membership account
• Process payments and manage billing through Stripe
• Deliver community access and member benefits through Circle

4.1 Service Providers

• Dashboard Local — Our community platform and website hosting provider. Your account information, community activity, website interactions, form submissions, and site traffic are securely managed through Dashboard Local's platform. • Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment data securely. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage tracking to help us understand how members use the site. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

4.3 Business Transfers

If PepTribe is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your membership, we may retain certain information for up to 3 years for legal, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes.
