By accessing or using the PepTribe Corporation website (peptribe.us), purchasing a membership, or participating in the PepTribe community through PepTribe's online platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this site or its services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and anyone who accesses or uses PepTribe in any capacity.

2. Description of Service

PepTribe is a research-focused wellness community providing educational content, research discussions, community access, and wellness resources related to peptides, supplements, exercise, nutrition, spirituality, and mental health. PepTribe is operated by Kevin Castello and managed through Dashboard Local.

PepTribe operates its community and membership platform through Dashboard Local at peptribe.app.clientclub.net and processes payments through Stripe. By becoming a member, you agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies governing these services.

3. Not Medical Advice

All content on PepTribe, including articles, videos, community posts, professor content, and any AI-generated responses, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

PepTribe content providers are not licensed medical professionals. PepTribe expressly disclaims all liability for any health decisions made based on content found on this site.

4. Membership & Payments

4.1 Membership Tiers

PepTribe offers three membership tiers: Scout, PathFinder, and FireKeeper. Each tier provides access to different levels of community content, research resources, and features as described on the membership page.

4.2 Billing & Stripe

All membership payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorize PepTribe to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you selected (monthly, annual, or lifetime). Stripe's privacy policy and terms apply to all payment transactions.

4.3 Refund Policy

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your PepTribe account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the paid period.

5. Community Standards

As a PepTribe member, you agree to engage respectfully and in good faith within the PepTribe community. The following are prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or dangerous health information
• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other members or staff
• Spamming, soliciting, or promoting unrelated products or services
• Posting or distributing copyrighted content without permission
• Any illegal activity or content that violates applicable law
• Impersonating PepTribe staff, professors, or other members

PepTribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these standards without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PepTribe, including text, graphics, logos, mascot characters (Lil Pepe, Professor Pep, Professor Pepper), videos, and educational materials, is the property of PepTribe and its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any PepTribe content for commercial purposes without written permission.

The website design and development is the property of Dashboard Local and may not be reproduced or repurposed without express written consent.

7. Online Services and Technology

PepTribe uses technology and service providers to operate its website, membership platform, payment processing, hosting, analytics, communications, and other business functions.

8. SMS/Text Messaging Compliance

PepTribe offers SMS communications for marketing outreach, confirming orders, and responding to website inquiries. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to these services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to 888-560-7981. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with PepTribe. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PepTribe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepTribe, its founders, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site or its services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
